Overview

Been able to clear a filter element after a filter gives the user the ease to begin a fresh set of filtering input. Our previous tutorial which began with using the wix selection tags to filter a repeater made up of shoes for men, women, and children. It is relevant to be able to reset the selection tag to default after a filter input has been done by the user.

The selection tags, which happens to be a new wix input element, can be used for variety of purpose. Connecting them carefully with JavaScript, will provide a unique functionality to your website. Other wix elements can be used for this purpose, such as dropdowns, buttons and even texts. The idea is dependent on your JavaScript knowledge and skills.
